The following terms and conditions govern the sales contracts between ""Tegu Euth Georgia" and its customers. Please consult them before placing any order from our online store. Using the services and making purchases from fxg.gr implies that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions.
USE OF THE WEBSITE CONTENT
The website fxg.gr was created by the company fxg, based in Larissa, at the 3rd km. of Larissa, Trikala, in Greece (Tax Identification Number: 117651836 / Larissa Tax Office) and is the online store for displaying and selling its products via the internet.
The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent ""Tegu Euth Georgia" and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of ""Tegu Euth Georgia" and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
In any case, their appearance and display on the website fxg.gr should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them. The "Tegu Euth Georgia" dretains the exclusive intellectual property rights to the design and all content of the website in accordance with Law 2121/1993 "On Intellectual Property", as amended and in force today and the international conventions signed by Greece. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products purchased through the online store of ""Tegu Euth Georgia" meet the characteristics indicated on the corresponding description or technical specification websites, depending on the product selected by the customer.
The ""Tegu Euth Georgia" is responsible to the customer for any inherent defects/damage to the product upon delivery.
In the event that the delivered products present inherent defects/damages, the customer reserves the right to demand restoration of the products or their replacement or, if this is not possible, a refund.
Without prejudice to the validity of the other provisions contained in Directive 1999/44/EC, the above right of the customer is granted on condition that the delivered product is used correctly, for the purposes for which it is intended and in accordance with the instructions accompanying the product purchased by the customer. In particular, the above guarantee does not apply to products which present inherent defects/damages of which the customer was aware at the time of conclusion of the contract or which it is not reasonable not to have noticed.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer reserves the right of withdrawal. Specifically, the customer may terminate any contract with ""Tegu Euth Georgia" without giving any reason within 14 working days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products, returning the products in their original condition, without being charged any cost, except for the return costs. (Law 2251/1994, article 4 par. 10 and 11, On Consumer Protection).
Excluded are personalized or "made-to-order" products ordered by the customer and products that were delivered sealed for public health protection or hygiene reasons.

Withdrawal Form Template
Products must be returned to "Tegou Efth Georgia" in perfect condition, with all accessories and any other items originally delivered to the customer, in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 business days from the date the customer exercised the contract withdrawal.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal according to these terms, "Tegou Efth Georgia" is obliged to refund the amounts paid within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned products. The refund will be processed via bank transfer.
"Tegou Efth Georgia" reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions or if the customer has not fully covered the return costs or failed to follow the required return procedure and deadlines.
Force Majeure Limitations
"Tegou Efth Georgia" is not liable for order delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control caused by force majeure. Force majeure events include:
Strikes, protests, or other blockades.
Political unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks, or threats of such attacks, wars, or war threats.
Fire, explosion, storms, floods, earthquakes, shipwrecks, epidemics, or other natural disasters.
Inability to use rail, air, or sea transport, road networks, or other means of transportation.
Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
In such cases, the operation of "Tegou Efth Georgia" may be temporarily suspended for as long as force majeure conditions persist. Every reasonable effort will be made to find a solution to meet obligations toward customers.
