1. Receipt from the store

If during the order the customer chooses to receive the products from our store, in Larissa, at the 3rd km. Larissa Trikala or our branch of French Company 1, Agios Konstantinos Attica will be informed by phone as soon as the order is ready to come to pick it up. Pick-ups are always carried out during the opening hours of the store.

2. Delivery by courier

The products are delivered to the address entered by the customer when placing the order. Any special requirements should be indicated by the customer to "Tegou Efth Georgia". The cost of shipping is based on the volumetric weight of the products.

3. Shipment by transport agency.

In cases where the weight of the order is more than 18 kg the products can be shipped by a partner transport agency or any other way desired by the customer. In this case we will inform the customer by phone about the exact cost of the transport costs before the order is executed.

4. Delivery Time and AvailabilityThe delivery of the products, if available, takes place within 5 working days from the date of completion of the online payment transaction. For cities outside Athens and Thessaloniki, the delivery time may be longer than 5 working days. In any case, you will be informed by the sales department before your order is dispatched. If the products are not immediately available in the store, the customer will be informed by the Sales Department for delivery depending on the availability of the supplier. In case of temporary unavailability of the product, "Tegou Efth Georgia" will inform the customer of the situation and the latter can choose to wait until the product becomes available again or to cancel the order and have the money paid refunded. In case the product is no longer available, "Tegou Efth Georgia" will inform the customer about the situation and the latter can choose whether to order another product or cancel the order and be refunded the money paid.
5. Delivery CostThe customer is always informed of the exact cost of delivery as soon as he/she goes to the ''Cart'' page and enters his/her address. The system automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the address and the total volumetric weight of the products in the order and displays the available delivery methods and the corresponding costs. For large orders or for inaccessible areas where due to heavy weight the cost of courier transport becomes unprofitable, please contact us first to see if it is possible to send the order by courier or by another method of your choice.
